The Self-operated Pressure Regulating Valve, made from carbon steel ASTM A216 WCB, is designed for reliable pressure control in pipeline systems. Rated 5 inches (DN125), Class 150 LB, PN20, it features a quick-open flow characteristic for fast response and efficient regulation. This valve operates without external power, offering cost-effective, self-regulating pressure control in various industrial applications.

The self-operated pressure regulating valve operates without external energy, utilizing the energy of the medium to adjust the valve position. The actuator controls the position of the valve core, which in turn regulates the pressure difference and flow at both ends, ensuring stable pressure before or after the valve. This valve offers advantages such as sensitive action, excellent sealing, and minimal pressure set point fluctuations. It is widely used for automatic control in applications involving gas, liquid, and steam medium pressure reduction and pressure relief.
This series includes two types of pressure-regulating valves:

Type B: Pressure adjustment after decompression
Type K: Pressure adjustment before the valve

The pressure adjustment range spans from 15 to 250 kPa and can be configured to meet specific user requirements.
