The valve features a Teflon lining for superior chemical resistance, making it ideal for corrosive media. The Teflon-Lined Plug Valves are available in two types: the fully lined plug valve and the semi-lined bushing stopcock. Primarily designed for flow shutoff, these valves can also be used for fluid distribution in three-way configurations. The fluorine-lined construction ensures compatibility with a wide range of corrosive media, including various concentrations of water, sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, hydrofluoric acid, organic acids, strong acids, and oxidizing agents, within a temperature range of -29°C to +180°C. Additionally, FEP lining provides excellent resistance to strong alkaline organic solvents, as well as other corrosive gases and liquids.
