The PTFE Lined Plug Valve, manufactured in accordance with API 6D standards, features a carbon steel ASTM A216 WCB body. With a 2-inch (DN50) size and PN16 (Class 150 LB) pressure rating, it offers reliable performance in a variety of industrial applications. The valve is equipped with RF flanged ends for secure and easy installation, while the PTFE lining ensures superior chemical resistance.

Teflon-Lined Plug Valves are available in two types: fully lined and semi-lined (bushing stopcock). These valves are primarily used for shutting off medium flow and can also facilitate medium distribution in three-way configurations. Designed for superior corrosion resistance, the fluorine-lined valves are suitable for handling various concentrations of water, sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, hydrofluoric acid, organic acids, strong acids, and strong oxidizing agents within a temperature range of -29°C to +180°C. The FEP lining further enhances compatibility with strong alkaline organic solvents, corrosive gases, and liquid media, ensuring reliable performance in demanding chemical applications.
