Product Description

The O-port ball valve is a 90-degree quarter-turn shut-off valve. When combined with pneumatic or electric actuators, it enables remote shut-off control, and can also be equipped with a wrench or handwheel for manual operation. The valve features a bidirectional sealing design with dynamic sealing elements.

Design feature

Valve Body: Full-bore design with minimal flow resistance

Valve Stem: The outer surface is precision ground via centerless grinding, achieving a low friction coefficient with packing materials. This significantly reduces friction losses and minimizes valve opening/closing torque

Self-Lubricating Bearings: Dual bearings fixed on upper and lower stems ensure high rotational accuracy and stability. Bearings are manufactured through a specialized process: stainless steel substrate sintered with copper, followed by PTFE rolling on the copper surface. This provides exceptional wear resistance and self-lubricating properties, preventing stem and bearing seizure during long-term operation

Valve Core: Fixed ball design ensures low operating torque, flexible opening, and stable operation

Valve Seat: Bidirectional movable metal sealing structure with preload spring, enabling automatic compensation and self-cleaning functions. Bidirectional sealing eliminates flow direction consideration during installation
