The basket-type strainer is primarily composed of a connecting pipe, main pipe, filter basket, flanges, flange cover, and fasteners. As fluid flows through the main pipe into the filter basket, solid impurities are captured within the basket while the filtered fluid exits through the outlet. For cleaning, simply unscrew the drain plug at the bottom of the main pipe to release any remaining fluid, remove the flange cover, and take out the filter basket. After cleaning, reassemble the components. This straightforward process makes maintenance quick and easy.
