The Forged Steel Gate Valve is designed for high-pressure and high-temperature services, adhering to international standards such as API 602, ASME B16.34, and DIN3202. The valve features a solid CoCr alloy wedge (optional) for low friction and a long service life, along with precompressed packing rings to provide a high-integrity seal. A fully guided wedge minimizes wear on the seating surfaces. Additionally, the valve offers options such as double packing, a leak-off connection, live-loading, and packing blowout, facilitating easier maintenance and removal of old packing.
