The API 602 Forged Gate Valve is built to ASME B16.34 standards, featuring an ASTM A105N construction. This 1-inch, DN25 valve is rated for Class 800 LB and PN130 pressure, and it includes a fraturing welded bonnet for added reliability and durability. It is metal-seated and employs an OS&Y (Outside Stem & Yoke) design for precise control. With socket weld (SW) ends, this valve ensures secure installation in high-pressure systems.

Forged Steel Gate Valves are designed and manufactured in strict compliance with international standards, including API 602, ASME B16.34, and DIN 3202, or their equivalents. These valves feature a compact yet highly durable design, making them ideal for high-pressure and high-temperature applications. The optional solid CoCr alloy wedge ensures minimal friction and extended service life. The packing rings are pre-compressed to 4000 psi, offering a high-integrity seal. For welded bonnet valves, the bonnet is threaded in and torqued to a precise value, while the body-bonnet joint is strength-welded, providing double protection against leakage (body, bonnet threads, and strength-weld). The fully guided wedge reduces wear on seating surfaces, enhancing the valve's longevity. Additional options include double packing, leak-off connections, live-loading, and a packing blowout feature for easy removal of old packing.
