Extensive baseline laboratory testing, including both static and cycle testing, has been conducted to establish the critical design parameters necessary for low-emission sealing in both the stem packing and bonnet gasket sealing areas.
To ensure consistency and reliability, We have developed an in-house testing procedure, which is periodically performed to verify that the standard product design and manufacturing criteria consistently meet the stringent requirement of 100 ppm VOC leakage prior to shipment.
