The integral slurry valve is a full-bore type, with the entire valve body flow channel lined in wear-resistant polyurethane. This design prevents the flushing medium from contacting the metal valve body, significantly extending its wear resistance and service life. With a full-diameter flow path matching the pipeline's inner diameter, the medium flows smoothly without generating eddy currents, thereby reducing erosion. When fully opened, the valve plate is lifted into the valve chamber without direct exposure to the medium, effectively prolonging the disc's service life.

» Self-cleaning disc: Equipped with a self-cleaning valve plate scraper inside the sleeve. As the valve plate moves up and down, it automatically cleans its surface to prevent buildup, reduce switching torque, and avoid blockage.
» Integrated elastomeric filler: The sealing filler is molded from a wear-resistant, high-rebound rubber body. It seals tightly with the stuffing box and polyurethane valve liner, providing improved sealing performance, longer service life, and easier replacement.
» Self-flushing valve seat: The self-flushing design of the valve seat prevents slurry sedimentation at the bottom, ensuring 100% zero leakage each time the valve is closed.
» Easy seat replacement: Features a removable valve seat and upper sealing structure. If the liner or upper seal shows wear during operation, they can be replaced on site. The restored product retains its original service life, with replacement costs amounting to only 15–20% of the entire valve.
