The PTFE Sleeved Plug Valve, manufactured to API 6D and API 599 standards, features a stainless steel ASTM A351 CF8M body for enhanced corrosion resistance. With a 6-inch (DN150) size, PN16 (Class 150 LB) pressure rating, and RF (Raised Face) ends, this valve is designed for reliable performance in fluid control applications. The PTFE sleeve provides excellent sealing and leak-tight operation.

The unique 360-degree metal lip protection fixed card ensures that the valve has no cavity where the medium can accumulate. The metal lip on the rotary plug provides a self-cleaning effect, making it suitable for working conditions with sticky media or where scaling is common. The valve allows two-way flow, offering more convenient installation.

Sleeve-type soft-sealing plug valves are commonly used in corrosive, highly toxic, and hazardous environments where leakage is strictly prohibited, or where the valve material must not contaminate the medium.
