Key Specifications / Features

The DIN Spring Loaded Safety Valve Factory produces high-quality safety valves designed to ensure reliable pressure relief in industrial systems. These valves feature a stainless steel body made from ASTM A351 CF8 material, ensuring durability and corrosion resistance. Available in sizes ranging from DN65 to DN100 (equivalent to 2-1/2 to 4 inches), they operate at a pressure rating of PN16 and are classified at 150 LB. The valves come with raised face (RF) flanged ends for secure and leak-free connections.

The 900 Series DIN Standard Spring-Loaded Safety Valve is primarily used in industries such as petroleum and natural gas, chemicals, electricity, metallurgy, and combustion gas systems as a critical overpressure protection device. It offers high precision in action, excellent sealing performance, and quick response times, ensuring fast re-seating after discharge. The valve is designed for ease of operation and maintenance, making it a reliable and efficient solution for safeguarding equipment in various high-pressure environments.

Product Features

A full-lift safety valve is designed so that the disc lifts sufficiently to the point where the curtain area no longer affects the discharge area. As the disc lifts a minimum of one-quarter of the bore diameter, the discharge capacity is determined by the bore area itself. This design ensures that the valve can handle large volumes of flow.
Full-lift safety valves are particularly well-suited for general steam applications due to their ability to discharge large quantities of fluid quickly and efficiently. The opening height of the valve is more than one-quarter of the bore diameter, providing significant discharge capacity, making it an ideal choice for high-demand environments where rapid pressure relief is necessary.
