The Monoflange Needle Valve Plant specializes in producing high-precision Double Block & Bleed (DBB) needle valves designed for critical control applications. These valves feature a durable stainless steel SS 316 body, offering excellent corrosion resistance and reliability. Available in customized sizes, they can be tailored to meet specific industrial requirements. Rated for a pressure class of 600 LB and PN150, these valves are suitable for high-pressure environments. They are equipped with RTJ (Ring Type Joint) and FNPT (Female National Pipe Thread) ends.
The valve features an integrated forged design, combining the valve body and instrument piping into a single, high-strength unit. Its robust valve cap prevents the stem from being blown out under pressure. The design integrates both ball valve and needle valve functionalities for versatile flow control. An extended valve body option is available to allow for insulation distance. A traceable release port with a plug is included for added safety. Each valve undergoes strict factory testing, including a 7 MPa nitrogen gas sealing test and a sealing test using 5% nitrogen gas at 1.5 times the rated working pressure, ensuring high reliability and leak-tight performance.
