The ASTM A182 F316 Monoflange Valve Plant offers high-quality needle type, double block & bleed valves crafted from forged stainless steel. These valves are designed for customized sizes, ensuring they meet specific requirements. They are rated for Class 900 LB and PN150 pressure classes, making them suitable for high-pressure applications. The valves feature threaded ends for easy installation and reliable performance.

This valve is designed with an integrated forging process, combining the valve body, process, and instrument piping into a single unit. The high-strength valve cap design effectively prevents the valve stem from blowing out. The valve features a diverse combination of needle-shaped ball valve and needle valve designs. An extended valve body is available for selection to achieve the required insulation distance. Each valve includes a traceable release port with a plug. Every valve undergoes a sealing test with 7MPa nitrogen gas before leaving the factory, as well as a sealing test with 5% nitrogen gas at 1.5 times the rated working pressure.
