Forged Steel Globe Valves are built to meet international standards like API 602, ASME B16.34, and DIN3202, ensuring durability for high-pressure and high-temperature applications. The design is compact yet robust, with an optional solid CoCr alloy wedge for low friction and a long lifespan. The packing rings are pre-compressed to 4000 psi, creating a strong, reliable seal. For welded bonnet valves, the bonnet is securely threaded and torqued to a specific value, with the body-bonnet joint strength-welded for added leak protection. The fully guided wedge minimizes wear on seating surfaces. Optional features include double packing, leak-off connection, live-loading, and a packing blowout for easy packing removal.
