The ASTM A182 F304 Gate Valve, featuring a forged stainless steel body and solid wedge design, is built to API 602 standards. This 1-inch (DN25) valve supports Class 300 LB and PN50 pressure ratings with RF (Raised Face) ends for easy installation. Handwheel-operated for manual control, it ensures precise shut-off and reliable performance in a range of industrial applications.

Forged Steel Gate Valves are engineered and manufactured in compliance with international standards such as API 602, ASME B16.34, and DIN 3202, ensuring reliability and performance in high-pressure and high-temperature applications. These valves feature a compact, yet extremely durable design. The solid CoCr alloy wedge (optional) offers low friction and extended service life.
The packing rings are pre-compressed to 4000 psi, ensuring a high-integrity seal. For welded bonnet valves, the bonnet is threaded and torqued to a precise value, while the body-to-bonnet joint is strength-welded, providing double protection against leakage (body, bonnet threads, and strength weld). A fully guided wedge minimizes wear on seating surfaces, ensuring long-lasting performance. Optional designs are available with features like double packing, leak-off connections, live-loading, and a packing blowout for easy removal of old packing.
