The gate's interrupted guidance along the stroke length enables dirt ejection, while bidirectional shutoff is ensured by the lateral gate surfaces and the integrated, pre-stressed chambered seat. The high-finish guide and sealing surfaces on both sides enhance durability and sealing performance. Additionally, lateral gate guidance prevents fluttering in both flow directions and throttle positions, ensuring stable operation.
